  The people here are generally friendly and seem to know what they're doing. But one thing is for certain, never expect a call back from them if you drop off a lost pet here. They take all your details but never follow up on their promise of calling you back to update you of the animal's condition and what will happen to it. Kinda sad that I've brought several lost animals to this clinic and was never informed of the outcome.

  I rushed my dog over after suffering herbicide intoxication, the vet wasn't open yet, I called the number at the door and the lovely nurse opened up and let me in. She was very calm and professional as I was panicking. She took his vitals and gave him back to me. I was swiftly seen by Dr. Chow who was very sympathetic towards my situation. She offered to admit him but i told her I'd transfer him to my regular vet. She was understanding and warned me on possible issues that could occur during transportation. Overall a very positive experience at Wakeley Vet. Thank you for your A++++++ service.
